User Agreement

You agree that the signs you purchase are non-refundable/non-returnable.

You understand and agree that Billboard Guy reserves the right to change its pricing structure on its products or services without notice.

You agree that the online talking ads are only refundable for the unused portion/time rounded up to the next incremental purchasing date/month. (example: 4 months of talking time purchased and you cancel in the middle of the 2nd month. You would will be refunded for the 3rd month and 4th months.)

You understand that there are no hidden fees, commissions or long term obligations for listing property on this site.

You understand that Billboard Guy is not responsible for transactions between the buyer and seller of property listed on this site.

You agree and understand that banners shown and placed on this site are not reviewed on a regular basis and Billboard Guy can not be responsible for their content. Billboard Guy will remove banners that we feel do not fit the character of this site.

You agree that information written on a yard sign with the Billboard Guy logo will only be relevant to the corresponding property listing shown on this site.

You agree that when placing a listing on this site, you are responsible for the content and accuracy of the information.

You agree and understand that you are responsible for updating, changing or deleting your listings and not Billboard Guy.

You agree and understand that if your listing is no longer available, you are responsible for removing it from our system.

You agree and understand that photographs/images and video submitted to this site becomes the property of Billboard Guy.

You agree and understand that Billboard Guy may use your listing and any of it's content in advertising and/or promoting it's site.

You agree and understand that the www.billboardguy.com web site or the Talking Sign system may not be available from time to time due to technical difficulties or disruptions that are beyond our control.

You agree and understand that Billboard Guy or it's affiliates are not liable for any damages which may result from errors in your listing or talking sign information service for failure to display your listing or render audio information on the talking sign system.

You agree and understand that Billboard Guy reserves the right to edit or reject any real estate listing on it's site at our discretion.

You agree not to post or transmit any obscene, abusive, misleading, threatening, defamatory or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to use site or service.

You agree that you will not use the Billboard Guy logo or web site service or talking sign system in an manner that will violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

You agree and understand that you are responsible for placing/setting/installing the Billboard Guy signs and that Billboard Guy is not liable for signs not placed according to Federal, State and local ordinances.

You understand that Billboard Guy does not guarantee that your listing will be placed or accepted by Google.

Billboard Guy may at any time, without notice or liability, change or eliminate any content or feature of the web site.

Billboard Guy reserves that right to change this agreement from time to time without notification and that you agree and understand that most current "User Agreement" as shown next to the "Last Date Modified Date" below.
